Production of peanut paste based on roasted peanuts

The K 64 AC-8 mixer refiner with vacuum function easily processes the roasted peanuts into fine powder within a few seconds and into a fine peanut paste after approx. 200 seconds. The ejector empties the entire bowl completely within a few seconds.

Production of chocolate

Mixing Refiners are suitable for the production of products from the confectionery and bakery industry, such as chocolate. The cocoa beans are easily processed into fine powder within a few seconds and after approx. 450 seconds a liquid cocoa mass is produced in the K 64 AC-8. After adding sugar, liquid fat as well as milk powder and further processing in the mixing refiner, a creamy, fine chocolate mass is produced.

Production of waffle fillings based on Neapolitan slice rework

Product reworks can be optimally used for further processing into new products. In the K 64 AC-8 mixing refiner, the rejects from the Neapolitan slices are chopped within a few seconds. After the addition of other wafer products and further processing in the mixing refiner, a creamy wafer filling is produced, which can be used for filling new products.

Tortilla Rework

Rejects from tortilla production are reduced to powder within a very short time and can then be reused for further processing.
