Mixers

Seydelmann Mixers are equipped with two strong mixing shafts, which are independently switchable forwards and backwards or fast and slow. In combination with the innovative form of the mixing paddles, every material can be mixed thoroughly and gently at low temperature. The hydraulic discharge flaps enable precise and fast unloading. The optionally available cooling device enables the adjustment of the optimum temperature for each product, replaces cooling cell capacity and increases the economic efficiency of the production. Cooling to the adjusted temperature takes place via cooling valves at the bottom of the hopper on which carbon dioxide (CO₂) or liquid nitrogen (LN₂) can be injected. As a further cooling option, CO₂ snow can be added via snow-horns in the lid of the machine.

The trolley tumbler expands the large machine portfolio of the Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann KG by an important machine group. It has been developed, to mix, tumble and refine products even more gentle and intense. Due to the rotation of the mixing container, the trolley itself, and without a mixing unit, a very gentle process is ensured. As a flexible allrounder for the most diverse applications and product areas, it represents the connection of a mixer with a vacuum tumbler, using a trolley as mixing container. This system enables fast product changes, saves time and minimized product losses during removal.
